I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who utilizes an integrative, holistic approach to help my clients achieve optimal health and wellness. For as long as I can remember, I have always been passionate about helping others and entering into the healthcare field allowed me to do just that! I love massage as I believe wholeheartedly in the power of touch and the positive effects that it can have on the mind and body. As a licensed massage therapist, my ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on my client’s health by helping them heal. By integrating different modalities, I aim to induce a deep state of relaxation that contributes to a reduction in stress and muscle tension. I also pride myself on being able to personalize each client’s treatment to help them meet their individual treatment goals and needs. My vision is to utilize a holistic approach to wellness by providing a relaxing, safe and healing environment for all of my clients.
